YUM!!

We all know that I am NOT "Paula Deen" in the kitchen...but I occasionally humor myself and try to do something in there that is out of my normal ability! I don't have much to work with...my oven is on the blink and will usually BURN everything that I attempt to make. Today, I was feeling a little "home-makerish" and decided to make these SIMPLE and delicious muffins that a friend of mine told me about. I admit that I really was not expecting much when I started, but I thought I would try it anyway! Much to my surprise, they WORKED... And, they WERE delicious.The true test happened when Nicholas and 4 of his friends came in and smelled them. Nicholas asked if they could have one. Eight muffins later...they left my house. They were going on and on about how great they were and how much they LOVED cinnamon muffins. Little did they know...they are actually PUMPKIN muffins! If only they had known the ingredients...They probably would have been "gross". Oh well, what they don't know will never hurt them!!!! And I can go on pretending that I am Paula Deen!!!!
